PowerCloud has been providing consulting services within the area of Information Systems in Public and Private for the past 25 years. His background includes planning, design and implementation of technology solutions involving the Data Center, Virtualization Technologies, Networking, Messaging and Migrations for various clients across the country.

Most recently Jay has focused his leadership skills on managing larger client projects that require integration of several different technologies to realize total solutions. With an extensive background in architecture, design and migration, Jay is able to provide guidance and strategic direction for client projects in a variety of technology disciplines.
